Mostly Used For: This Canadian fir essential oil has traditionally been used by indigenous populations to treat colds and flus, coughs, sinusitis, as a mucolytic and asthma. Helps support the immune system. It is anti-inflammatory and has many applications in the treatment of arthrosis and rheumatisms, as well as muscle contractions and cramps. Balsam Fir essential oil is warming and stimulating and can be used to heal mental or emotional fatigue. Uplifting, cleansing and clarifying as it helps expand the breath and open the lungs.

Precautions: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight to avoid oxidization. Oxidized essential oils are sensitizing to the skin.
