Directions: Before Sleep: Massage neck and shoulders to unwind and release tension of the day. At the spa: Our Relaxing Massage Oil can be used for a back and neck massage and all over the body. Relaxing at Home: Massage legs, lower back, neck, shoulders and arms. 

Precautions: Avoid sun exposure for 24 hours after use. May cause phototoxicity and skin sensitisation. Avoid intimate parts and sensitive skin and mucosa.
