Mostly Used For: Particularly useful in the management of digestive issues like nausea, flatulence with pain, cramps, stomach upset, travel sickness, sluggish digestion. An uplifting essential oil for physical and mental fatigue. Known for its analgesic properties and used for the management of pain in headaches, muscle pains, joint and ligament pain, neuralgias (sciatica...) and fibromyalgia. Bad breath, congestion, flu, sinusitis and the common cold.

Precautions: Contraindicated in infants. Avoid use near the face of small children. Contraindicated in individuals with achlorhydria, bile ducts obstruction, gallbladder inflammation or liver damage. Use caution when taken orally in individuals with gastroesophageal reflux disease. Do not apply on open wounds and sensitive skin.
