Good anti-inflammatory for muscle contractions, muscle pains and stiffness. Useful in preparation to physical activity. Helps stimulate hair growth. Proven to improve memory and improve cognitive function in dementia. Clears the mind and allows focus. A general stimulant.

Precautions: Avoid applying to face of children below 8 years of age. Prefer application to the back and foot soles. Use low dilutions <1% Avoid oral intake in infants and children.
