Used to alleviate tension-related digestive upset, bloating, dyspepsia as well as muscle tension caused by stress.

Precautions: A very safe essential oil for use in children and adults. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight to avoid oxidization. Oxidized essential oils are sensitizing to the skin.
