Also valuable in lymphatic congestion and poor circulation as well as excess sweating. In massage oils for sore and painful muscles, arthritis, sciatica, neuralgia and muscle cramps. Scot's Pine essential oil is uplifting to the mind and helps combat nervous exhaustion and depression.

Precautions: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight to avoid oxidization. Oxidized essential oils are sensitizing to the skin.
